Macie was super helpful in my search for a dress that was just right. She assisted me in locating whatever size I required for any dress. The shop was well-organized and ready for the number of customers present.

I had such a simple and fantastic time teaming up with Terry Costa to find the ideal dress for Homecoming Court. They really made it a breeze to order different sizes and styles, plus the return process was super quick.

I’m really feeling let down and frustrated!! I got a dress for my son's wedding and was told I could return it if I found something else since I wasn’t too keen on it and time was running out. My husband and the sales associate thought it looked good, but I just wasn’t happy with it. I ended up finding a dress at Dillard’s that I absolutely adored. A few days later, I went back to return the dress and brought my new one along to swap out my accessories to match. The manager was super rude and flat out said “NO,” all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Why didn’t the sales associate mention that when I was checking out? If I had known, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. Now I’m stuck with over $1,000 worth of stuff I’ll never use. I’m never going back there again!! WATCH OUT, SHOPPERS!!!! 😡

Ebony's dresses are quite lovely, but I wouldn't suggest them for weddings. I'm gearing up for my vow renewal after many years, and I was really let down when I picked out a dress only to discover they don’t clean or steam anything for their clients. They’re fine for kids or prom, but definitely not for a wedding. Your gown gets tossed in a box from the floor racks, and it’s been tried on repeatedly, so it’s not exactly fresh. Plus, if you buy in-store, forget about getting your money back or making an exchange. I'm so disappointed in this place that’s supposed to be a reputable name... what a bummer.

I got an outfit for my little one that I really loved. It showed up in under two days, which was awesome, and the quality was top-notch. It fit perfectly and looked great. I’ll definitely be spreading the word about Terry Costa's site.

Ebony is simply fantastic!!!! She assisted my sister in discovering her perfect wedding gown. We didn’t even mention the style she had in mind, but Ebony noticed the dresses my sister was drawn to and suggested a whole bunch that my sister ADORED. The whole experience was incredible thanks to Ebony! That girl deserves a raise!!!

I gotta give a shoutout to EBONY. Took my daughter to Terry Costa to find a wedding dress. EBONY was super helpful. She really got what we needed. She connected with my daughter so well, understanding her preferences, what she liked and didn’t, plus all the little extras for accessories. My daughter ended up saying yes to the dress, all thanks to EBONY!

The inner lining goes about halfway down the leg, and the fabric has some stretch to it. I highly recommend this store to anyone on the hunt for prom gowns. You just won't come across a dress collection like this anywhere else. When I checked out their shop, they kindly walked me through all the gowns they had in stock. Everything was just fantastic!

I got this dress for my 16-year-old girl, who stands at 6' tall with a 32 bust, 26 waist, and 37 hips. We chose a size 6, and it fits her perfectly! The fabric has some stretch, and the lining reaches halfway down. Fingers crossed we find another occasion for her to wear it, but honestly, it was worth every cent! 10 stars!

I’d totally suggest this shop for prom gowns! Natalie C. was incredibly helpful, super patient, and it was awesome to have someone with the vision I sometimes miss!! She chose my dress, and I’m really blown away by how well it fits and the design.

Back in the day, I was kinda puzzled about what to wear for my prom. I visited their store, and the staff were super patient, showing me all the gowns they had in stock. Every single one was gorgeous, and they let me try them all on to find the one that suited me best. The team was really helpful and friendly.

We visited the shop in Dallas, and even though it was super busy, the service was fantastic!!! Maya, the clerk assisting my niece, was really friendly, attentive, and professional. She definitely deserves some recognition for being so amazing… she was managing multiple customers, and we were all chatting about how professional and kind she was!!!!

Leticia put in a ton of effort to help us discover the right gown. In the end, we walked away with the perfect dress, but honestly, there were so many stunning gowns that could've easily been our top pick.
